I want to rip off my pants and dance with sailors.
There are very, very, VERY few things in this world that will make me say the above statement, but this is one of them. A beaut of a techno song, well orchestrated, appropriatly remixed, and catchy as all fcuking hell.
Eclectic to say the least!
It's a little toooo slow for me, but I'm really loving the sweet sound samples you got going on in the beat.
Damn. Very well written.
I'm Jealous you thought of this. It's so perfect. The melody is ultra catchy and everything meshes together superbly. The pulsing synth bass and the drum beats fit so well. The opening is fantastic and creates just the right style of suspense.
By far one of my favorite electronic songs on newgrounds.
Gotta be honest, your little avatar caught my attention otherwise I may not have responded ^.^
Thanks for the review XD My favorite part was the intro, and it still is XD
Nice song, weird title.
I like your song, interesting style indeed, but very fun. Sounds alot like Daft Punk to me.
Why did you name is Jordan Rudes? I assume you are refering to the keyboard player for Dream Theater, his name is Jordan Rudess btw, but this song doesn't even have any piano in it. Maybe you meant John Petrucci the guitar player for Dream Theater? Sweet song anyway.
I was not thinking about that it could become that popular when i recorded it.
It had to be some kind of tribute song for him.
A shot to the heart of truth and hilarity.
This provides multiple deep cultural and experience references, kick ass singing, strumming, and rhyming, and most importantly of all:
it's so damn funny because it's so damn true.
Lay it down thick on that Ride Bell!!
Most definitely one of the best tracks I've ever heard on Newgrounds. This deserves a record deal. I wish it all came together earlier, but waiting was half the fun.
recently i got a record deal but i will not put this one on the album
i'll keep it here for free
Great Idea, Ok delivery.
You have some problems with the song and beat lining up at the beginning. It may line up on your computer screen, but the old ear isn't really feeling it, if you know what I mean. Also you changed the theme from straight quarter notes to little 16th note pick ups. It took me off guard at first, but it's kind of growing on me 3 minutes into the song. Lastly, your instrument choice of the organ wasnt really right for me. The organ you change to at the end sounds much more like the real thing, the other muted one wasnt doing it for me. Your beat is good but could be better. Overall good song. 4/5.
yea yea I feel ya on that.
this is a pretty old beat doe.
that was when i didnt have shit for sounds or nothin so i jus had to work with wut i had ya feel me?
but shit thnx a lot bruh.
Spectacular Mix of Sounds!
I really enjoyed the tonal shifts in the piece from the slow, sensative long notes to the driving beat towards the end. If you want some advice on how to get your songs listened to, take the best parts of this, duplicate it, and make it 5 minutes long. That would be an award winning song. Your sounds and effects are unique and interesting. I also love the chord progression and slow echoing trills in thebackground. Looking forward to seeing more from you.
Hehe that's the thing though, I don't want it to get repetitive. I hate repetitive songs hehe. But I assume you have a good point. Thank you so much for the great review man :)
Piano and Drum kit, all you need baby! I'm definitely digging your beats and the classical paino melodies. It gets a bit repetative at times, but it's still a great bit of work.
Ehhh... not that great.
It's not really a very in depth, difficult, or interesting song. It's pretty random and sporadic. There's only 2 instruments that I can identify, a cowbell and a honkey tonk piano. Sorry, but this belongs at the bottom of the ambient list. It's definintely not my definition of ambient either, try miscellanious. 1 of 5.
Ok thx for the review, i'll try to improve :( Thx anyway :)
